About the Proctorial Board
The Proctorial Board of Akhilabhagya Post Graduate College, Ranapar, Gorakhpur (Affiliated to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur) is responsible for maintaining discipline, promoting ethical conduct, and ensuring a safe, peaceful, and student-friendly campus environment. The Board encourages responsible behaviour, mutual respect, and adherence to the College Code of Conduct.
It works in coordination with various statutory committees to maintain campus harmony and address matters relating to student discipline.

• Monitor campus discipline.

• Coordinate with the Anti-Ragging Cell, Internal Complaints Committee, and Student Grievance Redressal Cell where appropriate.
• Recommend disciplinary measures, wherever necessary.
• Promote awareness regarding institutional rules and student responsibilities.
